EPS in JpGU2019
Japan Geoscience Union Meeting 2019 (JpGU2019) was held in Makuhari Messe (Chiba Prefecture) from May 26th (Sun) to 30th (Thu). Earth, Planets and Space held some events during the JpGU2019 meeting as follows:
- We set the EPS booth at the "JpGU & Friends" area in the international exhibition hall to introduce the "Earth, Planets and Space" journal.
- Prof. Yasuo Ogawa, Editor-in-Chief of EPS gave a presentation about the past, present and and future of "Earth, Planets and Space" in the "Future of Scientific Publishing in Geosciences" session on May 28th (Tue). (Detailed information / presentation file [PDF])
- We hold the award ceremony at TKP Garden City Makuhari on May 29th (Wed). The 2018 EPS Young Researcher Award was granted to C. H. Chen, and the 2018 EPS Excellent Paper Award was granted to A. Kato et al.
